Players’ Lounge
The Players Lounge, featuring Internet access, snacks and drinks is located in the K-House across Cooper Dr in front of Commonwealth Stadium. Signs mark the location with Golf Cart shuttles to and from the courts. The Player’s Lounge will open at 8:30am and will close at 8:00pm. The Players’s Lounge desk will be able to provide any information you may require or answer any questions you may have.
Athletic Training Services
Athletic trainers are located in the Boone Indoor Tennis Center (signs will be posted designating offices in lobby) The hours of service will be posted.
Masseuse Services
Bill Chaney (859) 351 – 9054 will be located in the Player’s Lounge. Please text or call to sign up.
Housing
Our Host Hotel is TRU by Hilton. Please check Fact Sheet for link to reserve. If you prefer private housing options, please contact housing at (859) 229-2221 or email dclarkvm@aol.com for housing questions.
Media
Chris Shoals is our Media Director (513) 312-2489 or crmsh223@uky.edu. He may wish to arrange post-match interviews with local radio, television or newspaper representatives.
Practice Courts
Practice courts can be reserved at the Information Desk in the Boone Indoor Tennis Center. The hours for practice courts will be 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The Practice Court booking number is (859) 825-8384. Call or text.
Prize Money
Prize money checks (Women) will be distributed for Women athe Boone Indoor Tennis Center Tournament Director’s Office beginning Monday, July 31.
Showers
Showers are located in the Boone Indoor Tennis Center adjacent to the Players Locker Rooms and Training Rooms.
Stringing
Stringing service is located adjacent in the Player’s Lounge. The exclusive Tournament Stringer is Mike Howard (859) 312-3099.
Transportation
Transportation can be reached at 859-312-1132. Transportation will be provided to players between housing and the courts, and between the courts and the airport. If you are in private housing, please ask your host(s) if they can transport you one way each day before calling Transportation. The hours for Transportation will be 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM. Sign-ups for transportation must be made by 6:00 PM the day before, for transport the next morning.
Supervisors
The offices of Mike Loo and Martha Gregg, USTA Tournament Supervisors, are located in the Boone Indoor Tennis Center. Mike Loo can be reached at (808) 500-2190 and Martha Gregg at (302) 598-2465.
