Wild Cards
All wildcard requests must be submitted in writing to Brooks Lundy at lblundy1@gmail.com no later than July 1st at 8 PM ET.

Transportation
Transportation can be reached at 859-312.1132 or at lexingtontransportation@gmail.com. Transportation will be provided to players between hotel and the courts. The hours for transportation will be 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Sign-ups for other transportation must be made by 6:00 PM the day of or for the next morning. Directions to the Hilary J. Boone Tennis Complex are available.

Players’ Lounge
The Player’s Lounge, featuring Internet access, snacks and drinks is located at the K House in Kroger Field Parking Lot. Golf carts to court will be available. The Player’s Lounge will open each day at 8:30 AM and will close at 8:00 PM. The Player’s Lounge desk will be able to provide any information you may require or answer any questions you may have.

Showers
Showers are located in the Boone Indoor Tennis Center.

Masseuse Services
Masseuse services (at a cost) will be provided by Bill Chaney (859) 351-9054. Sign-up at the Players Lounge or Info desk for his services.

Stringing
Stringing service is located adjacent to the Players Lounge. The exclusive stringer is Mike Howard 859-312-3099.

Practice Courts
Practice courts can be reserved by calling 859-457-1446. The hours for practice courts will be 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Sign-ups will be available in the Boone Indoor Tennis Center.

Media
Chris Shoals is our Media Director. He may like to arrange post-match interviews with radio, television or newspaper representatives. He is also interested in special interest stories. He can be contacted at 513-312-2489.

Athletic Training Services
Athletic trainers are located in the lobby area  in the Boone Indoor Tennis Center. The hours of service will be posted.
